Volunteers needed to get out the vote!

2024 will be one of the most consequential elections of our lives, and the NAACP is working at every level to maximize voter participation, especially among people of color. Here in Orange County, the Middletown NAACP is planning a full year of activities to:

  • Register eligible voters
  • Educate and inform our communities about candidates and issues
  • Drive voter participation and turnout

To achieve our mission, we need volunteers! For starters, we have scheduled phone banking sessions to call voters and encourage participation in the June Primary. At that link you can easily sign up to join a session on May 29, June 9, or June 16.

You can also drop us an email to let us know you’re interested in helping engage voters. We will have lots of other opportunities coming up later in the year, and we’ll need all the help we can get!
