Behind the Bookstore with Gail Jeter

On February 15, 2024, NAACP Middletown President Gail Jeter sat down with Yaa Yaa Whaley-Williams, owner of Sadie’s Books and Beverages in Middletown, for a “Behind the Bookstore” chat. They talked about Black history, Gail’s own background and life experiences, and the revitalization of the Middletown Branch. Other members of the Executive Committee were on hand to help register young voters and recruit new NAACP members!
