The 115th NAACP National Convention is coming! This year’s theme is ALL IN, and attendees will meet in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center from July 13 through 17.
The Middletown Branch can send up to FOUR delegates who can vote at the National Convention, but anyone can attend! Those attending from the Middletown Branch are responsible for paying their own costs, including event registration, lodging, travel, and any meals or other related expenses.
If you would like to attend as a voting delegate from the Middletown Branch, you must notify us at or before our General Membership Meeting on Tuesday, May 21 at 7:00 PM. You must be a member of the branch to serve as a delegate.

Convention Open- Saturday, July 13, 2024
Registration & Housing will open up in May 2024 and the cutoff date for housing will be June 20, 2024. It is imperative that you pay attention to and meet these deadlines.

Included in your registration you will have access to all plenary sessions, advocacy forums, regional meetings, delegates reception, President reception, Convention bags and mobile app.
Registration rates:
Delegates/Alternates- Adult Advance is $250; Onsite starting July 13, 2024 is $225
Delegates/Alternates- Youth Advance is $135; Onsite starting July 13, 2024 is $110
Observers- Adult Advance is $325; Onsite is $350 starting July 13, 2024
Observers- Youth Advance is $135 Onsite is $160 starting July 13, 2024
Hotel Rates:
Attendees are not required to stay at Mandalay Bay, but that will be the easiest arrangement to access all convention activities. Rates for each night are posted at https://naacp.org/convention/hotels. Your rates may vary.
